- How much does it cost?
- Jobyard is free while we're in private beta. Every feature is included and you'll get plenty of notice before any paid plan starts.
- Do I have to move all my data in first?
- No. Start one bid on your next job and go from there — there's nothing to migrate up front.
- Does Jobyard do job costing?
- Yes. It tracks GPS-verified field time per employee and approved receipts against each job, and shows a live job-cost profit-and-loss so you know which jobs actually made money.
- Will my crew be able to use it?
- Yes. Crew get a stripped-down phone view: clock in with GPS and snap receipts against a job. They never see pricing.
- Does it work with my accountant?
- You can export customers, invoices, payments, and a profit-and-loss as QuickBooks-ready CSVs whenever you need them.
- Can my clients sign bids online?
- Yes. Send a professional, branded bid your client reviews and accepts online — no printing and no chasing signatures — and automated reminders nudge unsigned proposals.
- Is my data private?
- Your company's data is walled off to your company. Client bids are shared only through the links you send.
